How it Works.
We take care of everything so you can focus on enjoying the season.
Give us a call or drop us an email with your requirements or a photo of your property. We'll respond with further information and next steps.
STEP 1: GET IN TOUCH
STEP 2: CONSULTATION & DESIGN
We'll arrange a call or visit to discuss your ideas. Our team will offer inspiration, share previous work, and design a bespoke scheme just for you. Computer-assisted visuals can be produced if needed.
Once you approve the quote, we'll schedule installation, complete all risk assessments, and begin preparing your decorations at our Birmingham studio.
STEP 2: CONFIRM & BOOK
Our decorators will arrive on the agreed date with all lighting, props and equipment. You don't need to be present, but someone should be available to provide access and sign off the completed work.
STEP 4: INSTALLATION
STEP 5: TAKEDOWN & STORAGE
We'll remove and securely store all decorations 10-12 days after Christmas. Your home will be left exactly as we found it.
